Job summary

CGL Consulting Co., Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment professional in Gurugram, India to manage end-to-end hiring. You will partner with managers and HR to understand workforce needs and design effective sourcing strategies, building strong pipelines for critical roles.

You will source, assess and engage candidates across multiple functions, coordinating interviews and guiding offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience across agency and in-house.
• Experience hiring across professional, technical and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting high-volume and critical hiring projects.
• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or multinational corporate environments.
• Regional or cross-functional recruiting experience is an advantage.
