Job summary

Godrej Properties is seeking a Marketing & Sales professional in Hyderabad to drive sales, engage customers with project information, and present pitches.

You will maintain customer databases, coordinate with head office, update project details, and ensure timely follow-ups, while building cordial customer relationships and providing MIS support.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall defined sales Target
• Attend to customers in terms of giving them information about the project, making sales pitch, communicating the procedures etc.
• Maintain comprehensive database of sales details such as customer profile, source of lead and any other relevant information
• Identify and suggest ways to generate leads
• Collate leads from all sources and follow-up on a regular basis by making sales pitches
• Update project details such as availability, price etc to customer facing team member in head office on a weekly basis to ensure consistency of communication to customer
• Hand over allotment letters, demand letters and other necessary communication to customers
• Update customers on a regular basis on the status of the project and other relevant developments
• Maintain cordial relationship with the customers
• Provide MIS support
