Job summary

Godrej Properties is seeking a Marketing & Sales professional to drive sales targets, engage customers with project information, and maintain a comprehensive customer database.

The role involves generating leads, following up with pitches, updating project details to the head office, handing over allotment letters, and keeping customers updated on project status. You will build cordial relationships and provide MIS support to the team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall defined sales Target
• Attend to customers in terms of giving them information about the project, making sales pitch, communicating the procedures etc.
• Maintain comprehensive database of sales details such as customer profile, source of lead and any other relevant information
• Identify and suggest ways to generate leads
• Collate leads from all sources and follow-up on a regular basis by making sales pitches
• Update project details such as availability, price etc to customer facing team member in head office on a weekly basis to ensure consistency of communication to customer
• Hand over allotment letters, demand letters and other necessary communication to customers
• Update customers on a regular basis on the status of the project and other relevant developments
• Maintain cordial relationship with the customers
• Provide MIS support
