Job summary

• Identify and generate potential leads in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, architects, and developers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of products.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
• Receiving and processing Purchase Order based on quotation
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate reports on sales performance.
• Tracking and Collection of old payment from customers and close the order process
• Sale of stocks at appropriate discount price to clear the existing products in warehouse
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
