Job summary

Blanket Hotel & Resorts is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Executive to oversee a 70-cover multi-cuisine restaurant in Kerala. You will manage daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest service, including handling complaints and coordinating A La Carte, buffet, and IRD offerings.

The ideal candidate has a Hotel Management degree or diploma, 5-8 years in a restaurant, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Hotel Management Degree or Diploma in hospitality required.
• 5-8 years in a restaurant with at least 1 year as Assistant Manager/Executive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full restaurant operations for a 70-cover multi-cuisine venue.
• Lead, motivate and supervise restaurant staff.
• Ensure personalized guest experience and manage complaints effectively.
• Oversee revenue and cost control measures.
