Job summary

Wow Momo Foods in Bengaluru is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, guide staff across shifts, and maintain service standards.

You will monitor food quality, hygiene, inventory, cash handling, and adherence to SOPs while supporting the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales and operational targets.

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower requirements.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures are followed.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve their performance.
• Handle customer feedback and take appropriate action to improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in the Restaurant, QSR, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage industry.
• Experience in handling restaurant operations and managing a team.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage operations during peak hours.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and restaurant SOPs will be preferred.

Experience

25 years of experience in Restaurant Operations / QSR / Hospitality.

Preferred Designations

Shift Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Outlet Manager, Floor Manager, or similar roles.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
