• Maintain food quality, hygiene standards, cleanliness, and FSSAI compliance as per Restaurant standards.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders for raw materials, and minimize food wastage.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports, staff reports, and inventory reports to Head Office.
• Motivate the team, resolve conflicts, and create a positive work environment.
