Job summary

Black Pepper in India seeks an experienced Hotel/Restaurant Operations Lead to supervise daily restaurant activities and drive service standards. You will recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate team members to reduce turnover while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hotel mgmt degree or diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years in hotels or restaurants.
