Job summary

Denali Management Services in Tamil Nadu is seeking a seasoned Facility Manager to oversee preventive maintenance (PPM) of critical equipment, maintain records for properties, and coordinate with vendors for breakdowns. The role requires ensuring safe inventory, and leading routine inspections per the PPM calendar.

You will also supervise maintenance staff, enforce uniform and hygiene standards, and manage PR/PO processes. A 6+ year background in facilities with engineering training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in handling a facility or property
• Engineering graduate with relevant diplomas/degree in EEE/Mechanical fields
• Strong data analysis, auditing and incident management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure the PPM of all critical equipment like HVAC & Chillers, Sewage treatment plants, UPS, DG Sets, Water treatment, transformer, LT panel, Fire Safety etc to be performed as per the 52-week calendar.
• Maintain accurate records relating to all plant and equipment for the Properties including repair and service records.
• Coordinate with the vendor for equipment breakdown.
• Ensure that inventory stores have adequate stocks of materials, equipment and tools and are kept in a clean and safe environment.
• Daily, weekly and monthly inspections to be carried out as per the in-house PPM calendar.
• Coordinate with the equipment suppliers for AMC and any outstanding issues.
• Ensure maintenance staff are wearing proper uniforms with name tags and uphold grooming and hygiene standards.
