Job summary

Denali Management Services Pvt Ltd invites an experienced facility engineer to oversee preventive maintenance for HVAC, Chillers, and other critical equipment across properties in Bengaluru. You will implement a 52-week calendar, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure safety and grooming standards.

You will maintain accurate records, coordinate with vendors for breakdowns and AMC issues, manage inventory stocks, and perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections to keep operations running

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with Diploma in EEE or B.Tech/BE in Mechanical/EEE.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in handling a facility or property.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the PPM of all critical equipment per 52-week calendar.
• Maintain accurate records relating to all plant and equipment for the properties including repair and service records.
• Coordinate with the vendor for equipment breakdown.
• Ensure inventory stores have adequate stocks of materials, equipment and tools and are kept in a clean and safe environment.
• Daily, weekly and monthly inspections to be carried out as per the in-house PPM calendar.
• Coordinate with the equipment suppliers for AMC and any outstanding issues.
• Ensure maintenance staff are wearing proper uniforms with name tags and uphold grooming and hygiene standards.

• Ensure the PPM of all critical equipment like HVAC & Chillers, Sewage treatment plants, UPS, DG Sets, Water treatment, transformer, LT panel, Fire Safety etc to be performed as per the 52-week calendar.
• Maintain accurate records relating to all plant and equipment for the Properties including repair and service records.
• Coordinate with the vendor for equipment breakdown.
• Ensure that inventory stores have adequate stocks of materials, equipment and tools and are kept in a clean and safe environment.
• Daily, weekly and monthly inspections to be carried out as per the in-house PPM calendar.
• Coordinate with the equipment suppliers for AMC and any outstanding issues.

Qualification
