Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants seeks a facilities maintenance professional to oversee MEP operations and ensure reliable HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems at a corporate campus.
The role requires hands-on experience, team supervision, and strong safety practices to maintain uptime. You will drive preventive maintenance, energy management, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with contractors.
Technical Operations Oversee daily operations of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, BMS). Monitor equipment performance, conduct regular checks, and ensure optimal functioning of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, electrical distribution, DG sets, UPS, water systems, and fire safety equipment.
Preventive Maintenance Execute PPM schedules for all technical equipment. Perform routine servicing, maintain logs, follow manufacturer procedures, and coordinate with OEM engineers and external technicians.
Breakdown Management Respond promptly to equipment failures and emergencies. Diagnose faults, perform repairs, minimize downtime, and document all corrective actions. Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions.
Team Supervision Supervise MEP technicians and shift engineers. Assign work orders, provide technical guidance, monitor performance, and ensure safety compliance.
Energy Management Monitor energy consumption, implement saving measures, track utility usage, and support sustainability initiatives.
Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to electrical and fire safety regulations. Implement LOTO protocols, conduct safety inspections, and maintain statutory documentation and permits.
Coordination & Reporting Manage contractors and vendors, maintain technical documentation in CMMS, prepare daily reports, and respond to after-hours emergencies.
Experience: 4-6 years in facilities maintenance with hands-on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience
Education: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Certifications (Preferred): HVAC/electrical certifications, safety training
