Job summary

Compass Group (India) Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore is hiring an Assistant Property Manager Electrical to be the single point of contact for electrical, UPS, lift, and plumbing operations at a large commercial SEZ campus.

Reporting to the Manager – Electrical/Block Manager, you will own day-to-day technical operations, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and well-documented facility services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 5–8 years' experience in electrical/facility operations, preferably in commercial real estate, SEZ, or large campus environments, including team supervision.
• Working knowledge of DG sets, transformers, UPS, HVAC, lifts, and fire safety systems.
• Experience with AMC/vendor management, PPM scheduling, and CAFM tools.
• Strong statutory compliance awareness and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of transformers, DG sets, chillers, pump rooms, and lifts.
• Act as single point of contact for UPS systems, lifts & escalators, and plumbing/water management across the block.
• Coordinate AMC and non-AMC vendors; review service reports, invoices, and technical submissions.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs, raise/close CAFM tickets, and maintain log books and checklists.
• Coordinate the 52-week PPM calendar and Annual Shutdown Maintenance (ASDM).
• Liaise with BESCOM, CEIG, and KSPCB for statutory compliance, audits, and licence renewals.
• Resolve tenant-reported operational issues and support fire drills/emergency response.
• Prepare daily reports and inputs for Monthly Management Reports (MMR).
