Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking a field-based Dealer Network Executive in Haryana to establish and expand the used tractors, DSA and broker network. You will target MoM sales growth, oversee collections with Partners, and collaborate with Credit and OPS for timely disbursements.

Ideal candidates hold a graduate degree with at least 12 months of experience in tractor finance sales or B2B sales, ready to drive market penetration and cross-sell protection products in the Fatehabad region.

Qualifications

• Graduate with field experience in tractor finance sales.
• Minimum 12 months of work experience.
• Experience in B2B sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up dealer network and distribution for tractors and related products.
• Achieve MoM sales targets for the location.
• Manage collections up to 30 DPD and coordinate with Credit/OPS for disbursement.
• Set up DSA network and expand market share in Fatehabad region.
• Prepare and maintain Business MIS reports and timely reporting of figures.
• Perform field investigations and visit customer residences as needed.

To set up dealer network for used tractors, DSA and brokers for the location. Achieve MoM business sales targets and also manage collections PDD.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Creating Distribution and Business Delivery
• Setting up new dealer network
• Month on month business delivery
• Setting up DSA network
• Market share creation
• PDD maintenance
• Asset quality maintenance
• Cross Functional alignment
• Responsible for collection upto 30 DPD and alignment with collection for DPD management
• Interacting with Credit and OPS for timely sanction and disbursement
• Cross sell
• Penetration of cross sell products like Loan cover Shield (LI), Asset Insurance and others in his/her Location
• Business MIS Reports
• Timely reporting of business figures
• Make sure the login and disbursement reports and maintained for his/her Location
• TA framework
• Making sure TA is given to right Dealer and timely repayment of the same
• Field Investigation
• Personal visit to customer residence for FI
• Checking all particulars and being true to the details required
• Raise flag in case of any suspicion.
