Policybazaar is seeking a seasoned Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Telesales to helm large Inside/Outbound sales teams in Mumbai, driving growth and revenue. This role focuses on hardcore B2C sales, high-volume leadership, and rigorous performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in sales, strong Marathi language proficiency, and a proven track record of managing attrition and shrinkage while delivering on productivity and conversion targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales.
• Hardcore sales experience mandatory.
• Strong experience in B2C sales.
• Experience handling Inside Sales / Outbound Sales teams.
• Proven experience in large team handling and people management.
• Hands-on experience in managing Attrition and Shrinkage.
• Strong understanding of sales productivity, conversion, and revenue metrics.
• Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.
• Graduation is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Training, Quality, HR, and Operations.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and analyze MIS and performance reports.
