Job summary

Policybazaar is hiring an experienced Team Lead Inside Sales to lead and manage high-performing telesales teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2C Inside Sales, team management, and achieving business targets while driving operational excellence.

They will lead, coach, and monitor Inside Sales operations, ensuring adherence to processes and quality standards, while collaborating with Training, Quality, and Operations to drive business growth in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of overall sales experience, preferably in Inside Sales / Telesales.
• Minimum 2+ years of Team Handling experience.
• B2C Sales experience is Mandatory.
• Strong exposure to Inside Sales / Telesales Operations.
• Hands-on experience in managing Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, Occupancy, and Team Performance.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve business targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Regional Language is Mandatory.

Responsibilities
