Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales.
• Hardcore sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in B2C sales.
• Experience handling Inside/Outbound sales teams.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and people.
• Hands-on experience with attrition and shrinkage metrics.
• Marathi language proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large Inside Sales / Outbound Sales teams.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor key metrics including Productivity, Conversion, Attrition, and Shrinkage.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage team attendance, productivity, adherence, and overall performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Work closely with Training, Quality, HR, and Operations teams.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and analyze MIS and performance reports.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales.
• Hardcore Sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in B2C Sales.
• Experience handling Inside Sales / Outbound Sales teams.
• Proven experience in large team handling and people management.
• Hands-on experience in managing Attrition and Shrinkage.
