Talent Corner HR Services in Ahmedabad is seeking an Assistant Manager Sourcing Sales to drive channel partner acquisition, generate quality leads, and enhance brand visibility within the city.

The role involves frequent travel to engage brokers, CPs, and real estate influencers, organize CP meets and promotions, and collaborate with sales and marketing to convert leads and close deals.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Sourcing Sales to drive channel partner acquisition, generate quality leads, and enhance brand visibility in Ahmedabad Market. The role requires frequent travel within City to establish strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a strong network of Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and real estate consultants.
• Generate sales leads through sourcing channels and ensure achievement of sourcing targets.
• Conduct regular visits to within city to expand the sourcing network and promote projects.
• Increase brand awareness and project visibility through channel engagement activities and networking events.
• Organize CP meets, promotional activities, and project presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion and campaign execution.
• Track sourcing performance, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely reporting of sourcing activities, lead generation, and sales closures.
