Job summary

KSB is seeking a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager in Oreder Engineering at Khandala MIDC, Satara district. Candidate should have BE Mechanical with 6–12 years of experience in project planning and execution, and familiarity with API, VDI, ASTM, DIN standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, UG NX and SAP PP is essential.

The role involves handling technical documentation, drawing preparation, and timely approvals, with responsibilities spanning from indents to aggregate BOM releases in SAP.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical with 6–12 years in project planning & execution.
• Knowledge of API, VDI, ASTM HIS, DIN standards.
• Exposure to AutoCAD and UG NX; SAP PP module awareness.

Responsibilities

• Process indents (sales orders) via technical order documentation.
• Convert customer requirements into customer-ready documents (via TSS).
• Prepare and submit project drawings per customer/consultant via DMS.
• Prepare base frames/motor lantern drawings; release for procurement/manufacturing in SAP.
• Expedite document submission & approvals from customers/consultants; update schedules.
• Review pump data sheets, performance curves, QCP; submit to clients/consultants via DMS.
• Review aggregate part lists against approved documents and drawings.
• Update documents for 'As Built' corrections in DMS; create aggregate BOM and release in SAP on time.

Professional experience:

6 to 12 years of Experience / exposure in project planning & execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process Indents (Sales Orders) by Technical Order Documentation.
• Convert Customers requirements received through Indents from TSS, into documents required by Customers.
• Prepare & Submit project drawings as required by Customer/Consultants through DMS.
• Prepare Base frames/Motor Lantern drawings & other major bought out items & the same to be released for procurement / manufacturing in SAP.
• Expedite document submission & approvals from Customer / Consultants & update document submission schedules regularly.
• Review & approval of pump data sheets, performance curves, QCP & further submission to Clients / Consultants for their approvals through DMS.
• Review aggregate part list w.r.t. approved / final documents and drawings.
• Update existing documents for "As Built" corrections reported by QM / Production in DMS.
• Create aggregate BOM & release in SAP on time .

Defined competencies:

• Knowledge of various Standards like API, VDI, ASTM HIS, DIN, etc.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Process including assembly, fabrication and testing.
• Awareness in mechanical and hydraulic design
• Exposure to Auto CAD and UG NX
