Job summary

Padmatech Industries Pvt. Ltd invites a Sr. Executive Engineering to join the engineering team in Pune district.

You will analyze inquiries, gather design data per ASME VIII Div 1 and prepare GA drawings, P&ID and datasheets for client approval. You will coordinate with vendors for process, thermal and mechanical design, support costing, and ensure budget adherence. With a minimum of 5+ years in engineering roles, you will lead technical reviews, improve design data, and drive successful project

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of process equipment ASME code Section VIII DIV.1, PED and General.
• Engineering practices, knowledge of thermal and mechanical design is required.
• Team building, communication and decision making (independent).
• Leadership, strategic thinking, functional and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing the inquiry & checking with respect to capability.
• Collect information like design code ASME Section VIII Div 1, function, critical point and update records.
• Handover data to costing with correct information and provide GA drawing if needed.
• Review costing and verify with the original inquiry.
• Study technical offers/URS after order receipt and submit correct design data to Drawing Department.
• Prepare P&ID and obtain approvals; coordinate with vendors for design.
• Prepare datasheets, GA drawings, and perform design calculations for client approval.
• Support project & production during execution and strive for cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing the inquiry & checking with respect to our capability
• Collect necessary information like design code ASME Section VIII Div 1, function, critical point, new performance point and keep in record and upgrade
• Handover the data to the costing with correct information and, if necessary, GA drawing; collect reverse data
• Review costing and check with original inquiry
• After receipt of order – study all Technical offer/URS and submit correct design and design data to Drawing Department
• Make P & ID and gain approval
• Thermal and mechanical engineering and obtain approval from client
• Coordinate with outside vendors for process, thermal and mechanical design
• Create data sheet of brought material and obtain approval from client
• Prepare GA drawing and obtain approval from client
• Perform design calculation and obtain GA drawing approval from client
• Technically check project for pre-bid and post-bid
• Mechanical design and obtain approval by client
• Prepare datasheet for pump, motors, electrical and instrumentation
• Conduct KOM
• Handover to project along with budget and timeline
• Guide to project and production whenever necessary during execution
• Control budget and achieve minimum 5% savings on cost price
• 100% review with PO along with offer
• Kaizen

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute.

Work Experience

Minimum 5+ years experience in Engineering, Project, Costing, or Production.
