Job summary

KSB is seeking a Sr. Executive in the Oreder Engineering department for site-based operations in Maharashtra.

The role focuses on planning and execution of projects, documentation control, and coordinating with customers and consultants to ensure timely approvals and releases into procurement and manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates have a BE Mechanical degree with 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical or equivalent in related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in project planning and execution.
• Exposure to manufacturing environment and documentation control.
• Knowledge of API/VDI/ASTM/DIN standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process indents (sales orders) via technical order documentation.
• Convert customer requirements into customer-facing documents.
• Prepare and submit project drawings as required by customers/consultants through DMS.
• Prepare base frames/motor lantern drawings and release to procurement/manufacturing in SAP.
• Expedite document submissions and approvals from customers/consultants and update schedules.

Job Location: Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra.

Designation: Sr. Executive

Department: Oreder Engineering

Formal education: BE Mechanical

Professional experience: 1 to 5 years of Experience / exposure in project planning & execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Process Indents (Sales Orders) by Technical Order Documentation.
• Convert Customers requirements received through Indents from TSS, into documents required by Customers.
• Prepare & Submit project drawings as required by Customer/Consultants through DMS.
• Prepare Base frames/Motor Lantern drawings & other major bought out items & the same to be released for procurement / manufacturing in SAP.
• Expedite document submission & approvals from Customer / Consultants & update document submission schedules regularly.
• Review & approval of pump data sheets, performance curves, QCP & further submission to Clients / Consultants for their approvals through DMS.
• Review aggregate part list w.r.t. approved / final documents and drawings.
• Update existing documents for "As Built" corrections reported by QM / Production in DMS.
• Create aggregate BOM & release in SAP on time .

Defined competencies:

• Knowledge of various Standards like API, VDI, ASTM HIS, DIN, etc.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Process including assembly, fabrication and testing.
• Awareness in mechanical and hydraulic design
• Exposure to Auto CAD and UG NX
• SAP (PP module) awareness is a must
