Job summary

Mygate in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to drive store execution, inventory efficiency, and revenue growth. You will coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to ensure targets are met and campaigns are executed flawlessly.

The role requires strong analytical skills with Excel reporting, inventory management understanding, and stakeholder/vendor management to optimize performance across channels.

• Experience in retail operations, GT/MT, or e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail/store operations and ensure sales target achievement.
• Monitor sell-through, inventory levels, stock replenishment, and demand planning.
• Track KPIs: sales growth, conversion rate, stock availability, and store productivity.
• Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution.
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for revenue and margin improvement.
• Ensure visual merchandising, pricing, and in-store execution standards.
• Manage channel partners/vendors and resolve operational escalations.
• Drive store-level promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
