Job Summary

The Manager will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, and team performance of the assigned store. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on operational control in a high-footfall value retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Performance Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive key retail KPIs Plan and execute local sales promotion activities. Ensure proper implementation of VM guidelines as per HO directives.

2. Store Operations Management Oversee complete store operations including opening & closing procedures. Ensure SOP compliance and audit readiness. Maintain store hygiene, safety, and brand standards. Coordinate with HO for marketing campaigns and new launches.

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, and retain sales associates. Conduct daily morning briefings and target allocations. Monitor individual staff productivity and grooming standards. Create a motivated, target-driven store culture.
