• Establish clear sales KPIs and monitor performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.

Store Infrastructure & Maintenance

• Manage the store infrastructure team to ensure timely maintenance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Drive initiatives to improve store layouts and ensure optimal functionality of all facilities.

Visual Merchandising

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and effective in-storepromotions.

Training & Development
