Job summary

Zoom Communications in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, salary disbursement, and related compliance. The ideal candidate holds a B.Com (MBA Finance preferred), 5-8 years in payroll, and hands-on experience with Keka payroll tool.

Knowledge of PF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity and labour laws is essential. You will optimize HRMS usage, prepare payroll MIS reports, answer employee payroll queries, and support audits and payroll

Qualifications

• B.Com degree is required.
• MBA in Finance preferred.
• 5-8 years of payroll management experience.
• Hands-on with Keka payroll tool.

Responsibilities

• Payroll preparation and processing of monthly salaries.
• Manage end to end monthly payroll processing and salary disbursement.
• Ensure timely PF, ESIC, Bonus and gratuity compliance.
• Prepare and file statutory returns and compliance documentation.
• Handle full & final settlements including gratuity and leave encashments.
• Monitor labor law changes and implement timely updates.
• Prepare payroll MIS reports and variance analysis.
• Address employee payroll and deduction queries.
• Support regular statutory audits and payroll audits.
• Maximize HRMS utilization and drive payroll automation.

• Payroll preparation

• Ensure timely compliance with PF. ESIC, Bonus and gratuity requirements
• Manage statutory returns, challans, returns and compliance documentation
• Manage full & Final settlements, including gratuity and leave encashments
• Monitor changes in labor laws and ensure timely implementation
• Prepare payroll MIS reports and variance analysis
• Manage employee queries related to payroll and deductions
• Manage regular and statutory compliance audits
• Maximize the HRMS utilization and drive payroll and process automation

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com graduate
• MBA(Finance) will be an added advantage
• 5-8 years of relevant experience of managing and driving payroll
• Hands on with Keka experience - managing the tool and payroll processing.
