Job summary

Max Healthcare in Gurugram, India seeks an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates through databases and social platforms, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding. The role requires evaluating knowledge, skills, and aptitudes, ensuring compliance during joining and completing background verifications.

The successful candidate will maintain employee files, implement best practices in recruiting, and handle joining formalities to integrate new hires

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Responsible for complete joining process
• Manintaining employee files
• Process and closures of BGV of all the new joiners
