Job summary

ITC Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from defining staffing needs with hiring managers to onboarding new employees. The role encompasses job analysis, candidate screening, offer negotiation, and background verification. You will maintain HR MIS and ensure smooth document control.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments, manage applicant databases, and close vacancies efficiently while upholding HR standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, design and update job descriptions.
• Conduct thorough job analysis to identify key skills, qualifications, and experience required.
• Manage the recruitment process, including posting jobs and maintaining applicant databases.
• Source and screen applications to assess suitability, review resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
• Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and terms of employment; close vacancies.
• Generate offer letters and facilitate onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and acclimation.
• Initiate background verification and follow up until closure.
• Update and maintain HR MIS and document control for related processes.

• Sourcing and screening applications of candidates to assess their suitability for the role. This involves reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews.
• Responsible for negotiating the job offer with the selected candidate, including salary, benefits, and other terms of employment and closing job vacancies.
• Generate offer letters and once the candidate accepts the job offer, must facilitate the onboarding process, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation, and helping the new employee get acclimated to the organization
• Initiate background verification of joined candidates and follow up until closure
• Responsible for update and maintenance of employee HR MIS and document control for all related process
