Job summary

Vasundhara It in India invites applications for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and essential HR operations.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, maintain candidate databases and employee records, organize engagement events, support onboarding, and ensure smooth joiners and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requirements, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
• Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, team-building events, and employee recognition programs.
• Support employee onboarding, induction, feedback collection, and grievance coordination.
• Manage attendance, leave records, HR documentation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and provide regular recruitment and HR activity updates to the HR Manager.
