Concorde Group, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to develop and implement the TA plan and recruitment policy aligned with business needs.

The role involves coordinating across departments to map manpower, ensuring JDs are in place, and finalizing recruitment sources including consultants and job portals. You will manage timelines, run HR interviews, conduct reference checks, and roll out offers with proper pre-joining formalities.

• Prepare position and compensation fitment for selected candidates and roll out offers.
• Complete pre-joining/joining formalities for all new recruits.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop the TA plan and recruitment policy in line with the business needs.


• Co-ordinate with various departments, understand the manpower requirements plan and prepare the over all manpower requirements plan for the organization and submit the same for approval


• Ensure all JD for the positions are in place before starting the recruitment process.


• Identify and finalize various sources of recruitments including consultant, advertisements use of Job portals, references, etc


• Ensure effective reduction in recruitment cost through innovative strategy of hiring


• Ensure adherence to the recruitment timelines


• Conduct HR rounds of interviews.


• Ensure reference checks are done before finalization


• Prepare position and compensation fitment of the selected candidate and roll out the offers.


• Ensure pre-joining/joining formalities of all new recruits and completed.
