You will handle employee relations, policy implementation, audits, and collaborate with accounts and department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
• Oversee HR operations, employee documentation, and administration.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace discipline.
• Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
• Coordinate performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases.
• Manage resignations, exit formalities, and full-and-final settlements.
• Coordinate with management, department heads, and the Accounts team.
• Manage administration related work.
