Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Handle technical and non-technical hiring across junior, mid-level, and senior positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial discussions, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups, offer closures, and joining.
• Coordinate salary negotiations and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Track recruitment metrics, including hiring TAT, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
