• Deliver workforce analytics and actionable reporting to business leaders.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and corporate governance across site operations.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HRBP Assistant Manager to partner with site leadership at our Hyderabad location, drive core people processes, elevate employee experience, manage performance, and enforce compliance across our site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end processes including new hire inductions, probation confirmations, continuous connects, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
  
• Business Partnership & Performance: Collaborate with operations to drive employee productivity, manage attendance discipline, track performance management systems (PMS), and handle redeployments.
  
• Employee Relations & Grievances: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR policies, handle ER issues, conduct preliminary investigations, and ensure fair, documented resolutions.
  
• HR Analytics & Insights: Track key workforce metrics (attrition, unexcused absences, warning letters, engagement rates) and deliver actionable reporting to business leaders.
  
• Culture & Compliance: Execute engagement initiatives, drive learning/training completion rates, and ensure 100% adherence to local labor laws and corporate governance code of conduct.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5+ years of total HR experience with at least 3 years as a dedicated HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (BPO/ITeS or 24/7 site operations environment preferred).
  
• Shift Flexibility: Open to working across all operational shifts as per business requirements.
