Qualifications

• MBA in HR with 2–4 years' proven experience in HRBP, Employee Engagement, or HR Operations in ITES/BPO.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and empathetic Senior HR Executive - HRBP based in Hyderabad (Onsite) to partner closely with our Operations teams. In this role, you will act as a key driver of employee well-being, trust, and engagementtranslating HR strategies into everyday operational impact while acting as the primary voice for our campus associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement & Connection: Own and execute "Intouch Connected" initiatives on-campus, including Skip-Level Meetings, Leadership Connects, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and structured associate check-ins (in-person or via call/Google Meet).
• Operational HRBP Support: Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for internal stakeholders and facilitate proactive, face-to-face engagement between employees, managers, and supervisors across departments.
• Employee Relations & Grievance Resolution: Act as the voice of employees on-site, capturing feedback, flagging concerns to management, and driving timely resolutions to foster a trusting, high-energy environment.
• HR Initiative Execution: Assist in implementing campus-wide HR plans at our Hyderabad facility and provide continuous inputs to improve HR policies, effectiveness, and workplace culture.
• Calendar & Activity Management: Design, publish, and drive the timely execution of employee event calendars across all campus departments.
• Reporting & Analytics: Compile, analyze, and publish weekly HR engagement reports for leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Education & Experience: MBA in Human Resources (or relevant degree) with 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an HRBP, Employee Engagement, or HR Operations role (preferably in an ITES/BPO environment).
• Location & Work Mode: Open to working 100% Onsite at our Hyderabad campus.
• Stakeholder Management: High level of maturity, empathy, and ability to handle queries and interactions across all organizational levels.
• Tools & Skills: Mid-level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent email etiquette.
• Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to support the broader HRBP function effectively.
• Notice period: Preferably "Immediate Joiner" or "15days"
