Job summary

Firstsource is seeking an Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner to support leaders in building a high-performance, engaged workforce. The role aligns HR practices with business objectives and champions EVP: empowering people, enabling growth, fostering innovation.

You will partner with business units, lead HR solutions, manage employee relations, design learning initiatives, and contribute to organizational design while ensuring compliance and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of HRBP or generalist experience in BPM/ITES/Services.
• Experience managing frontline/operations-driven workforce is an advantage.
• Comfortable to work in Night Shifts – US window.

We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders in driving a high-performance, engaged, and inclusive workforce. This role will act as a strategic partner to business units, aligning HR practices with organizational objectives while championing Firstsource’s EVP: empowering people, enabling growth, fostering innovation, and delivering meaningful impact.

• Business Partnership
• Partner with business leaders to understand talent priorities and deliver HR solutions aligned with business strategy

• Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience across the lifecycle (hire-to-retire)
