Job summary

Khosla Profil in Maharashtra is seeking an HR professional to oversee recruitment and HR operations across the organization. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, prepare job descriptions, and coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.

You will maintain records, ensure policy compliance, conduct interviews, shortlisting, and drive employee engagement initiatives, attendance monitoring, and safety/POSH committees, reporting on improvements and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and selection outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all stages of recruitment.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Regular Coordination with all HODs to understand their Manpower requirement, Manpower allocation, skills development etc.
• Monitoring the Monthly improvement schemes such as 5S, Kaizen, ISO Etc
• Keep check of the employees who are frequently absenting from work, absconing, late coming & Counsel them
• Regular Plant round and note the observations. Various committees (canteen, Housekeeping, Safety, POSH) etc and its report as well corrective action.
• Monthly staffs Engagement activities Monthly Staff & Workers Apartment visit and submit the Report for any repair and maintenance required. Grievance (Staff of shop floor) and to ensure its get clear.
