Job summary

Meridian Market Resources is seeking a capable HR Generalist to manage a broad range of HR activities within our Bengaluru plant. The role covers recruitment, employee engagement, training & development, performance management, and exit formalities, ensuring smooth plant operations and compliance.

You will oversee manpower planning, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and contract labor management, identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency across the factory
