Job summary

KGK Group in Jaipur is seeking an HR professional to assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs aligned with organizational goals. You will create employee engagement plans, support recruitment activities for India and overseas, maintain HR records, and drive learning initiatives.

This role handles compensation, benefits, leave, performance management and employee relations to boost engagement and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
• Recruitment Activities: - Profile sourcing and analysing (Naukri/LinkedIn/Internal Reference/Database etc) for overseas and India.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
• Support employee development and training initiatives, including organizing and facilitating learning programs.
• Develops proactive communications, employee relations/recognition and appreciation programs. Implementation of new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave, disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Provide counseling and direction to employees, facilitate communication, and help to resolve conflicts that impact employee engagement
