Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Sarigam seeks an experienced Hiring Assistant Manager HR to manage complete Plant HR & IR activities, including manpower operations, compliance, employee relations, welfare, recruitment, and coordination with production & safety teams.

The role requires 6+ years of HR experience and an MBA/PGDM in HR/IR, with a focus on attendance, payroll coordination, labour law compliance, training, and workforce planning to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM (HR/IR) with 6+ years of HR operations experience.
• Experience in manpower planning, attendance, payroll and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle attendance, shifts, overtime, leave & payroll coordination
• Manage contract labour compliance & manpower deployment
• Handle IR activities, grievances, discipline & worker relations
• Ensure compliance of Factory Act, PF, ESI & labour laws
• Coordinate with labour authorities & auditors
• Drive employee engagement, welfare & safety initiatives
• Conduct training, awareness & behavioural programs
• Support recruitment, onboarding & manpower planning
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance & EHS teams
• Maintain HR reports, records & compliance documentation
