Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Sarigam invites an experienced Hiring Assistant Manager HR to lead plant HR & IR activities, oversee manpower operations, compliance, employee relations, welfare, recruitment, and coordination with production and safety teams. The role requires 6+ years of HR experience and an MBA/PGDM (HR/IR).

You will report to the Head of Human Resources and drive attendance, payroll coordination, labour law compliance, training, and labour relations.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR/IR or equivalent.
• 6+ years of HR experience in a plant/ manufacturing setup.
• Knowledge of Factory Act, PF, ESI and labour laws.

Responsibilities

• Handle attendance, shifts, overtime, leave & payroll coordination.
• Manage contract labour compliance & manpower deployment.
• Handle IR activities, grievances, discipline & worker relations.
• Ensure compliance of Factory Act, PF, ESI & labour laws.
• Coordinate with labour authorities & auditors.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare & safety initiatives.
• Conduct training, awareness & behavioural programs.
• Support recruitment, onboarding & manpower planning.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance & EHS teams.
• Maintain HR reports, records & compliance documentation.
