Job summary

EMMVEE Photovoltaic Power Limited is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant in Bengaluru. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, payroll inputs, HRMS activities and statutory compliance to support smooth plant operations.

The ideal candidate has an MBA/PGDM/MSW in HR with 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing/plant HR, and exposure to IR, labour laws, contract labour and shop-floor employee management.

Qualifications

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for the manufacturing plant.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Manage recruitment and manpower requirements for plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage contract labour and coordinate with manpower agencies.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HRMS activities.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct training, induction and employee development programs.
• Maintain HR MIS, employee records and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with government authorities and support labour inspections/audits.
• Handle shop-floor HR activities and maintain positive employee relations.
• Support IR activities, union-related matters and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
