• Implement HR processes and procedures for internal control.
• Assist with medical insurance, compensation benefits, and salary issues.
• Maintain proper personnel documentation.
• Help prepare department budgets with HR management.
• Ensure compliance with legal practices.
• Coordinate screening and hiring of new personnel.
• Maintain Time Office function.
• Assist in training coordination and record maintenance.
• Support day-to-day HR administration.
• Assist in employee performance appraisals.

Role & responsibilities

• To maintain proper personnel documentation.
• To assist AGM/Manager HR in the preparation of department budgets.
• To ensure compliance with all legal / statutory practices.
• To assist VP/AGM/Manager HR in screening and hiring new personnel or for the replacement of personnel as needed.
• Implementing and maintaining Time Office function.
• To assist & co‑ordinate in Training as well as to maintain the training records.
• To assist & co‑ordinate Manager HR in day‑to‑day administration.
• To assist in Performance Appraisal of all the employees
