• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including audience targeting, bid strategies, ad copy/creatives and performance monitoring.

• Analyse and report campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

• Track listing performance and provide insights and improvement suggestions.

Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute paid digital campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
• Manage end-to end campaign execution including audience targeting, bid strategies, ad copy/creative coordination and performance monitoring.
• Optimise campaigns to achieve key KPIs such as lead, conversions, CTR, CPL and ROAS.
• Regular analyse and report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for required creative assets.
• Stay updated with latest trends and platform updates in digital marketing.

Google My Business Management

• Handle creation, verification, and ongoing optimization of GMB listings across all centres/locations.
• Ensure accurate and up to date business information including NAP (Name, Address, Phone) hours, categories, photos, and services.
• Monitor and respond to GMB reviews in coordination with the brand team.
• Track listing performance to insights (search views, actions, direction request) and provide reports with improvements and suggestions.
