Job summary

SKJ Landbase is seeking a seasoned Performance/Digital Marketing professional to plan and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns in Haryana, Gurugram. You will drive ROI with data-driven optimization, keyword research, and audience segmentation, delivering high-quality leads and scalable campaigns.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and GTM, with strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate with design and content teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
• Hands-on with PPC/SEM, remarketing, retargeting and conversion optimization for ROI growth.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting using Google Analytics, GTM, and campaign dashboards.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights from reports.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and campaign reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in the Real Estate industry will be a big plus.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns while consistently delivering quality leads and maximizing ROI.
