Job summary

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. in Karnataka seeks a procurement/design professional to source vendors across regions, maintain vendor records, and prepare cost sheets, BOQs and Capex for new and renovated stores.

You will analyze cross-functional data, participate in rate analyses and negotiations, and work with CAD tools to support store drawings and independent store execution.

Qualifications

• Sourcing vendors across regions and speed up processes.
• Generate cost sheets, BOQs and Capex with accuracy.
• Knowledge of services such as HVAC, lighting, electrical and fire safety.

Responsibilities

• Source new vendors in various regions and manage vendor records.
• Maintain Vendor Allocation Matrix and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare cost sheets, BOQs and Capex for projects.
• Analyze data from cross-functional teams and vendors for decision making.
• Assist in rate analysis and cost negotiations.
• Create and review CAD drawings for store designs.
• Assist in designing and executing stores independently.
