Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a professional to source vendors across regions, maintain vendor documentation, and drive cost control for new and renovation retail stores. The role requires CAD drawing proficiency and strong data analysis to support cross-functional decision making.

You will contribute to BOQ preparation, Capex planning, and ensure compliance with HVAC, lighting and safety requirements while leveraging retail knowledge to execute store projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing vendors for retail projects and driving cost control.
• Proficient in CAD drawings and interpretation for store designs.
• Knowledge of cost sheets, BOQs and Capex processes.
• Familiar with HVAC, lighting, electrical, fire safety standards.
• Ability to analyse data from cross-functional teams for decisions.

• Source out new vendors in different regions to speed up processes
• Keep record of all vendor documents and contracts

Cost control in new and renovation stores

• Should be able to generate Cost sheets, BOQs and Capex
• Should have fair knowledge on Services (HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, Fire – Safety etc.
• Should be able to Analyze the data received from cross functions and Vendors for various decision making
• Assist in rate analysis & cost negotiations

Drawings Expertise

• Should be well versed in CAD.

Retail knowledge

• Should have designed & executed stores independently, aware of the project cycle and various activities involved
