Job summary

Aditya Birla Group is seeking a procurement/retail project candidate in India to drive vendor sourcing, cost control and documentation for store developments.

CAD drawing familiarity, cost sheets, BOQs and Capex planning are required along with data-driven analysis across HVAC, lighting, electrical, and fire-safety services.

• Source out new vendors in different regions to speed up processes
• Keep record of all vendor documents and contracts

Cost control in new and renovation stores

• Should be able to generate Cost sheets, BOQs and Capex
• Should have fair knowledge on Services (HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, Fire – Safety etc.
• Should be able to Analyze the data received from cross functions and Vendors for various decision making
• Assist in rate analysis & cost negotiations

Drawings Expertise

• Should be well versed in CAD.

Retail knowledge

• Should have designed & executed stores independently, aware of the project cycle and various activities involved
