Job summary

Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited invites a pragmatic professional to join our retail operations team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on vendor sourcing, cost control for new and renovation stores, and CAD-driven drawings oversight to support store design, rollout, and renovation projects.

You will also contribute to retail knowledge across brand stores, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards in line with ABLBL’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Source out new vendors in different regions to speed up processes
• Keep record of all vendor documents and contracts
• Should be able to generate Cost sheets, BOQs and Capex
• Should have fair knowledge on Services (HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, Fire – Safety etc.)
• Should be able to Analyze the data received from cross functions and Vendors for various decision making
• Assist in rate analysis & cost negotiations

• Should be able to generate Cost sheets, BOQs and Capex

• Assist in rate analysis & cost negotiations

3.Drawings Expertise

• Should be well versed in CAD.

4.Retail knowledge

• Should have designed & executed stores independently, aware of the project cycle and various activities involved
