Urbanrise in Chennai is seeking an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager - Sales to drive business opportunities in the real estate segment. You will lead presales coordination with the sales team, establish client relationships, and guide the team while adhering to company policies, ERP processes, and reporting requirements.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, generate and convert leads, close deals, and deliver regular reports to the Sales Leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Sales / Apartment or Villa direct sales.
• Strong direct sales and leadership abilities.
• Experience generating and converting leads to sales.
• Knowledge of local property market and pricing preferred.

Desired Skills

• 4 - 8 years experience in Real Estate Sales / Apartment / Villa Direct Sales OR hardcore sales experience from another industry.

• Experience in generating new leads through various sales / marketing techniques / BTL etc.
• Ability to generate and convert leads to sales.
• Should have strong experience in sales closure.
• Knowledge of the local property market and property pricing to find homes that match clients needs (preferred).
