Role Description

The Assistant Manager – Client Servicing is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles. The position involves coordinating with internal design, production, and technology teams, gathering and translating client requirements, tracking project progress, and providing regular updates. The Assistant Manager will address client queries, resolve issues promptly, support proposal and presentation development, and help ensure timely delivery of experiential projects. The role also includes maintaining client records, supporting account growth opportunities, and contributing to continuous improvement in service processes.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills including Client Services and Client Relations, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
• Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and deliver high-quality Customer Service in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in account management, project coordination, or client servicing, preferably in experiential marketing, events, or technology-driven solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort and expertise in using various AI tools for facilitation in presentations or deriving content references is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
