Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown seeks an Assistant Manager – Butler to drive seamless luxury service, manage the Butler team, and uphold Hyatt's standards. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking, and strong guest interaction skills.

Experience in high-end hospitality and knowledge of dining standards are essential. This position is based in a luxury hotel setting with emphasis on guest satisfaction while managing budgets and inventory.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or hotel management.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as Assistant Manager – Butler or 2 years' experience as Team Leader - Butler in a luxury hotel with excellent standards.
• Vast knowledge of various cuisines, wines and dining standards.
• Butler training programme certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's standards and budget; assist the Butler Manager to lead and delegate the team; maintain inventory and supplies and deliver maximum guest satisfaction.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Butler will assist the Butler Manager to manage and delegate the team as a successful independent butler services, in line with the Hyatt's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget and maintaining inventory and supplies, helping to ensure the seamless hotel operations through proficient organizational, planning and excellent guest complaint handling skills. Should have attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining positive attitude.
