Job summary

Grand Hyatt Goa is seeking an Assistant Manager – Butler to ensure the smooth operation of the Butler service, aligning with Hyatt standards and brand concepts. You will supervise a team, delegate tasks, and focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing budgets and inventory.

The role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to multitask, and a proactive service mindset to uphold the hotel's prestigious standards in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or hotel management.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as Assistant Manager – Butler or 2 years' experience as Team Leader - Butler in a luxury hotel with excellent standards.
• Butler training programme certification will be an added advantage.

The Assistant Manager - Butler will assist the Butler Manager to manage and delegate the team as a successful independent butler services, in line with the Hyatt's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget and maintaining inventory and supplies, helping to ensure the seamless hotel operations through proficient organizational, planning and excellent guest complaint handling skills. Should have attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining positive attitude.
